Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with TechyLance LLC, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound
by the terms and conditions outlined below.

Definitions

Client: The individual, company, or organization requesting services from TechyLance LLC.
TechyLance LLC: The service provider, including its employees, designers, developers, contractors, or affiliates.

General Terms

TechyLance LLC will undertake work only upon written or verbal agreement via email, contract, or telephone confirmation.
All clients must be 18 years of age or older to enter into a contract with TechyLance LLC.
An 'order' constitutes a binding contract between TechyLance LLC and the Client once confirmed verbally, by email, or in writing.
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice

Website Design & Development

While every effort is made to ensure all websites and software solutions are error-free, TechyLance LLC cannot be held responsible for any losses, damages, or downtime caused by malfunctions.
All website layouts, code, design elements, and development scripts remain the intellectual property of TechyLance LLC unless explicitly transferred.
Any PHP scripts, databases, or custom applications developed by TechyLance LLC may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without prior written consent.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required before any project work begins.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid upon project completion and prior to launch.
Invoices must be settled within 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Database, Application & E-Commerce Development

TechyLance LLC will develop applications, databases, or e-commerce platforms with due diligence and testing. The Client is responsible for verifying full functionality before use.
Where applications are hosted on third-party servers not managed by TechyLance LLC, the Client is responsible for providing access credentials and compatibility support.

Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, layouts, code, and creative assets produced by TechyLance LLC remain the exclusive property of TechyLance LLC unless otherwise stated.
